- Communication records — chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone exchanges with our team

- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Pages visited, time spent, and click behaviour on our website

03 How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Matching your profile to suitable loan products from our partner lenders
- Identifying government schemes you may qualify for — NEEDS, UYEGP, AABCS, TWEES, MEGP, PMEGP, CLCSS, PMFME, TAHDCO programs and others
- Contacting you about your application via phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS
- Coordinating with banks and NBFCs on your behalf during loan processing
- Maintaining records as required by regulatory, RBI, and accounting laws
- Improving our website, tools (EMI calculator, eligibility checker), and customer service
- Sending you relevant updates about our services — you may opt out at any time
04 How We Share Your Information
We share your information only when necessary to deliver our services or to comply with the law:
With lending partners
When you authorise us to apply for a loan, we share your information with relevant banks and NBFCs from our panel of 20+ partners. The exact lenders depend on your profile and product preference.
With government departments
For scheme applications such as UYEGP, NEEDS, PMEGP, PMFME, or TAHDCO programs, we may submit your application and supporting documents to the relevant department or implementing agency.
With service providers
We use trusted third parties for document storage, CRM, communication, and analytics. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and process data only on our instructions.
With legal authorities
When required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights, prevent fraud, or respond to regulatory requests.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to advertisers or to any third party for marketing purposes. Ever.
05 Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil legal obligations:
- Active client records: Throughout your loan tenure, plus 7 years after closure, as required by RBI and income tax laws
- Unsuccessful applications: 24 months from last contact
- Marketing communication data: Until you withdraw consent
After these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 and applicable Indian laws, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Erase your data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Withdraw consent to data processing at any time
